1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the j0706 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, you are legally bound to comply with these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — j0706's website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "Member" — a person who has registered on the platform and holds an active account.
• "Balance" — the total of real money and bonus funds held in the account.
• "Bonus" — additional funds granted for promotional purposes, withdrawable subject to meeting specific conditions.
• "Wagering" — the requirement to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

1.2 Applicability

These Terms apply to all members, guest users, and anyone accessing the platform from any device. j0706 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time with little or no notice. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and use services on j0706, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request a national ID, passport, or other official documents to verify your age.

2.2 Registration Conditions

• Each individual may create only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of the balance.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

j0706 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. The KYC process may require copies of a national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification.

3. Account Management

3.1 Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify j0706 support immediately.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. j0706 is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access unless they result directly from our own negligence.

3.3 Updating Your Information

If your personal details change (mobile number, email, etc.), update them promptly or notify support. j0706 will not be held responsible for any loss of contact due to outdated information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on j0706 is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits through any method other than these four are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• j0706 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion or transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and conditions, as described on the relevant offer page.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• j0706 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• Bonus funds are not transferable to other accounts.
• In the event of a bonus terms violation, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

j0706 has three VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback, and Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. Detailed VIP benefit terms apply separately.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted in accordance with the rules set by j0706. j0706 reserves the right to void bets in cases of abnormal outcomes caused by technical errors on the platform.

6.2 Sports Betting

The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet on a sports market are considered final. If an event is cancelled or postponed, j0706's cancellation policy will apply. In a system or multi-event bet, if one event is cancelled, that selection will be treated as fully void.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated in accordance with the rules of the relevant game provider and RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. If a technical error is detected in a game result, j0706 reserves the right to review the relevant bets.

6.4 Live Gaming

In live casino games (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi), if the streaming connection is interrupted after a bet has already been accepted, the result will be finalised according to the record on the provider's server.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses or winnings through fraudulent or artificial means (bonus abuse).
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household.
• Attempting unauthorised access to or hacking of the platform's systems.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated programs.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts or steal their information.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards j0706 support staff or employees.
• Using the platform on behalf of third parties or for commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Liability

The j0706 platform is operated on an "as is" basis. j0706 is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions caused by technical issues, server outages, failures of third-party services, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8.2 Betting Losses

Any financial losses from gaming or betting are entirely at the member's own risk. j0706 does not provide compensation for any gaming losses.

8.3 Third-Party Services

j0706 is not directly responsible for transaction issues arising from outages or service disruptions on payment platforms such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. For such issues, please contact the relevant service provider.

9. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the j0706 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy also applies to you as an integral part of these Terms.

9.1 Use of Data

Information provided at registration will be used for service operations, security verification, and meeting legal obligations. Your data will not be sold to third parties without your consent.

9.2 Cookies

Cookies are used on the j0706 platform to ensure proper functionality and to improve the user experience. Disabling cookies may limit access to certain services.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request closure of their account at any time through support. Real-money balance may be withdrawn before closure, but any bonus funds where wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

10.2 Closure at j0706's Initiative

j0706 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following cases:

• Serious violation of these Terms.
• Registration using a false identity.
• Bonus abuse or fraud.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Instructions from law enforcement or a court order.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

A maintenance charge may apply to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Details of this policy can be obtained through support.

11. Responsible Gaming

j0706 firmly believes in responsible gaming. Gaming is entertainment — it should not be treated as a source of income.

11.1 Setting Limits

Members can contact support to set limits on their deposits, bets, or session duration. Use these limits to ensure responsible gaming.

11.2 Self-Exclusion

If a member wishes to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the platform, please contact our support. Once self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be reactivated before the exclusion period ends.

12. Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

12.2 Dispute Resolution

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the specific terms of each promotional offer together form the entire agreement between j0706 and the member. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
